About The Justice Education Center, Inc.

For 48 years, The Justice Education Center has been committed to helping children, youth, families and strengthen our communities. Our programs are far-reaching and include girls and boys sports, health and wellness; pre-apprenticeship trainings to prepare youth and young adults for technology careers; year-round and summer prevention programs in sports, arts, and nutrition that are designed to encourage teamwork, build confidence and self-esteem; preparatory programs for high school juniors and seniors to help them successfully transition to college or the workforce. and, second chance programs for people returning to our communities.
The Justice Education Center is funded through a combination of federal, state, municipal, and private funds. Members of the Board of Directors are leaders in the fields of justice, education, business, public policy, health, community safety, and wellness, many of whom have been with the organization for a number of years.
